5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
BlissPavilion is operated by ZHENG XI YING LLC in the United States. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our fulfillment center in China.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs processing, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
