Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email ritz79501538@gmail.com with your order number.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Customer covers return shipping; replacement shipping is free.
  
• Refund equals the item price; original shipping fees are not refunded.
  
• Customized items, earrings, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law.
  
• Late returns or items with signs of wear may be refused.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days with photos. We will replace or refund promptly. Claims after 3 days are reviewed case by case.

 

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping or replacement shipping costs.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days, contact ritz79501538@gmail.com.

EU Customers

EU orders may be cancelled or returned within 30 days without reason, provided items are in original condition.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 30 days. The original item must be returned first, then you may reorder.
