BlissPavilion is operated by ZHENG XI YING LLC, a United States company. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our fulfillment center in China.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared for shipment after payment and order details have been confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $49 USD: $8.00 USD shipping
- Orders of $49 USD or more: Free shipping
Shipping rates displayed at checkout apply to the destination and order value selected by the customer.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Other supported countries and regions: 10–20 business days
Delivery estimates do not include weekends, public holidays, customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. Tracking information may take several business days to update after the carrier receives the package.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable charges.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible at ritz79501538@gmail.com and we will try to update the address.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the actual shipping costs may be deducted from the refund. Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at ritz79501538@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
Returns
